1. Important information

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions. Your purchase of our products implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

2. General Terms

We provide recharges of Dellmont (former Betamax) VoIP accounts, made by credit transfer from our reseller account to customer's end user accounts. Any account from the brands stated as eligible at the home page can be recharged. Each VoIP account is identified by the unique username. Rechargeable accounts have euro/dollar based balance, we can transfer whole amounts, with a minimum of 10 euros/dollars per transaction.

When purchasing credit, customer's account will be recharged with the requested and paid credit generally within a half an hour after the payment operation is completed (cleared) as indicated by the customer.

Our responsability is limited to recharge the customer's account accordingly with the paid amount and the username specified by the customer in the payment message or in the payment form. When the username is missing or is invalid, the customer will be asked via email (sent to the address used by him making the payment) to clarify it. In case of no reply within 24 hours the payment will be refunded.

The use of the VoIP services are regulated by the Terms of use stated at the web site of each brand.

Any claim regarding the use of VoIP services should be addressed to the service provider's customer services. A link to contact the customer services of each brand can be found after logging in to the customer's account page at the respected provider and choosing Customer services there from the left side menu.

Take care typing the username when you are filling the payment form. Once a credit transfer to an end user account is made the operation cannot be reversed.

3. Our refund policy

Wrong credit transfer caused by mistyping the username by the customer invokes his responsibility, and any claim to refund the payment will be refused. When a wrong credit transfer is caused through our fault we will recharge again the proper account or we will refund the payment.

All refunds are made totally. From amounts refunded through fault of customer we have right to deduct the payment processor's refund fee (in case if it applies).

Since we are offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.

Some payment processors don't enable a full refund because they have some non-refundable fees. We can't refund fully such payments. By using any payment processor for payments you agree with this regulation which is beyond our reach.

Claims of any refunds regarding the use of the VoIP services should be addressed to the service provider's customer services. As reseller we are not able to refund any payment for this reason.

4. Antifraud check

Customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud check for 30 to 60 minutes as well as it can be suspended for longer term (around 20 hours, but in some exceptional cases for as long as 1 week) for more serious investigation. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual holders of the credit cards or payment processor accounts used during purchase.

5. Payment methods

Some payment methods (especially direct payments through payment processors like PayPal or Moneybookers or AlertPay) are not available for all of our customers. We reserve the right to decide for whom we enable to use those payment methods. A new user is generally unable to pay through PayPal because of the growing number of fraud attempts.

6. Payment limitations

For some payment methods there are limitations in place. For direct payments through payment processors and for credit and debit card payments there is a limitation of 1 payment in a day, 2 payments in a week, 4 payments in a month per user and 14 € or $18 per payment.

Our company reserves the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.
